Our delivery times generally run the same as our business hours. If you can no longer select today or tomorrow for a delivery on our shopping cart please call and we will do our best to accommodate you!
WE OFFER SAME DAY DELIVERY. IF YOU NEED IT DELIVERED BY A CERTAIN TIME JUST CALL US AND WE CAN TELL YOU IF WE ARE ABLE TO MAKE THE DELIVERY! Complete addresses and phone numbers help deliveries arrive on time. Your order can be sent all over the greater Las Vegas area. If you have a doubt as to when you think your order will be delivered, please contact us.
Wedding Deliveries/Setups and Multiple Item Deliveries
May require larger delivery/setup fee's based upon the amount of items and time taken to complete your delivery or setup.
Attempting Deliveries
In some cases we may need to contact the recipient prior to our first delivery attempt. The Las Vegas valley has many homes with security guard and gate code access needed. We will phone the recipient if nobody is home to accept the delivery. We will offer a second delivery attempt at no additional cost.
If your delivery is refused we will offer delivery to another Las Vegas location at no cost to the sender or you are welcome to pickup your order with us. We cannot issue refunds for orders that have been made and delivery attempted.
Out of town orders:
PLEASE DO NOT ORDER OUT OF TOWN ON OUR SITE!
We service the greater Las Vegas Area, including Henderson and Boulder City. If you place an order for outside of our area we will refund your order as we do not carry any of the major wire services.
If you are ordering locally and a delivery please check that there are no spaces prior to the zip code and the zip code has been entered correctly. (89###), do NOT include +4 zip codes.
Sundays And National Holidays:
We will attempt to complete your request for deliveries scheduled for these days, however as most of our affiliates are closed on these days we may need to contact you for approval for an alternative delivery date. Please provide a valid e-mail address, cell or home phone number in case we need to contact you.
Receiving Flowers:
If your flowers are not received to your satisfaction, please call us. If for some reason the flowers that you ordered are not available for delivery then we will notify you immediately.
Delivery Substitutions:
We may ask for a second choice regarding specific items to assure a timely delivery of your gift. We will make every effort to fill your order as close as possible to your original selection. Seasonal and regional conditions affect the supply of flowers and plants. Specific varieties of colors may not always be available or meet our quality standards. Substitutions may be necessary to fulfill your floral and container requirements.

Funeral Home, Mortuary and Church Deliveries:
In most cases for deliveries to the above locations we are only allowed by the mortuary or church to deliver to a "flower room" or certain location within the venue. Typically we can get a signature, however some local locations require us to deliver to a "flower room" where we cannot get a signature or not place the arrangement on the altar or correct viewing room. Please always follow up with the business or church location that your order has been placed for us to deliver to that your arrangement has been placed correctly. We must follow the policies of the above business or churches and once the item is delivered it is in the hands of the above locations.
